Label family members by name while poin ng to photos. Encourage
imita on of poin ng and labeling.
Glue pictures of family members to popsicle s cks. Pull them out of a bag to
prac ce saying “Hi” (e.g., “Hi, Grandma”) and put them back into the bag to
prac ce saying “Bye” (e.g., “Bye, Mom”).
Sing the song “Hello (child’s name)” to the tune of Frère Jacques.
