File Folder Game: Animal Foods FOOD
Cut out and paste the page of animals on the inside of a file folder. Use
Velcro, putty, or tape, to stick food pictures from a grab-bag to the animal
that eats that food.
Note: Animal pictures will cover one page of the inside of the file folder. Use the
other inside page to mount the foods on Velcro or tape a baggie to keep the foods
inside.
Materials: one file folder, glue, and Velcro or a sandwich bag.
*Bonus—as the children match each food to the animal that eats it, ask if it is a food that
people eat too. Ex: “I eat carrots, and so do rabbits!” “I don’t eat flies, but frogs do!”
