Bilinguistics offers the following on-site workshop that can be tailored to meet specific group needs. Speech-language pathologists can fulfill continuing education requirements to maintain certification by earning ASHA CEUs.
Typical Language Development in Bilingual Children
This workshop addresses how children acquire two languages, including phonological, vocabulary, grammatical, and pragmatic skills, to help speech pathologists, teachers, school personnel, and other professionals recognize normal developmental patterns of English language learners.
Workshop participants will be able to:

| Discuss normative speech and language data of Spanish speakers and Spanish/English bilinguals | |
| Identify developmental patterns of phonology, vocabulary, and grammar | |
| Identify areas of need and develop appropriate language intervention targets |
